I blow hot and cold on Twitter on a daily basis. This piece makes the case that Twitter matters with influencers. And had a nice chart from eMarketer to back it up. Good piece.

A really interesting post from my favourite usability firm. It's a discussion of the nature of personal security questions on websites. Non-technical and conversational. It would be an interesting read for marketers because this kind of thing often gets left to programmers who may not be thinking about some of these issues (though it would be great if they read it too). Nice piece.

Good summary of some trouble that Dunkin Donuts had on its Facebook page. I don't really agree with the comment that the followup post from DD was lame once they got on top of the spam. I actually think it was a pretty good, straightforward apology note (yes, a little corporate but at least it was signed by someone). One of the commenters raises an interesting point about the inter-generational nature of FB and can you actually please all your FB fans.
