Osmosus is a unique online social community created to address the growing need for dialogue, learning and action related to the environment and sustainability. Osmosus enables us to come together and improve our communities, our world & ultimately ourselves.
Osmosus was conceived in 2007 by a group of concerned people who saw an increasing volume of information about sustainability, environmentalism and climate change. We realized that it was getting harder and harder to wade through it all and understand what was happening, and what to do. Most importantly, we wanted to know what others were doing on the journey towards a more ecologically harmonious relationship with the planet. And, we wanted the opportunity to discuss and learn from others like us, from our neighbors and from the experts. We realized that change was not going to be easy, but for change to happen people have to come together. And Osmosus was born.
