I'm starting a Grand Experiment at work (which may not really be a grand experiement to a lot of you, but its exciting for me!): using a blog for project managment and knowledge management for this year's projects.
What makes it more interesting to me as a socio-organizational development experiment is that I work for a very large, slightly stogy, petro-chemical company that is dominated by engineers and IS guys who are programmed to "Say 'NO' first and then don't bother asking questions because the answer will still be 'NO'".
So I've asked my interactive agency to host it for me. They rock ... very helpful and supportive of this kind of thing.
It turns out that there are some great support sites for this kind of grand experiment such as Cutting Through. I also found Elise's Learning MT site which is extremely helpful.
