Here is my confession ... I watched the Golden Globes. Mainly for Ricky Gervais. A little for the fashion. But I was so happy that I did because I saw possibly the most genuinely joyous moment that Hollywood had ever seen. The hug that Temple Grandin gave Claire Danes when she won for her performance in HBO's biopic "Temple Grandin" was such a real and delighted gesture. Charming and inspiring.
I have been in complete and utter awe of Temple since seeing her at TED last year. Her lifelong mission to educate people about autism is inspiring as is her work in animal behaviour.
