While perusing the latest from my many, many ego feeds, the search from Technorati reported "no results"?
WHAT?! I'm not being listed on Technorati? That's like .. well .. (I was going to say "death" for a blogger but seriously, it's just Technorati) .. upsetting. So I hopped over there to make SURE it wasn't the case. And it wasn't. And even more exciting, I found some stuff I hadn't seen before. Notably, this video from UnknownMarketer68!
Now, I like UnknownMarketer68. Aside from his slightly upsetting obsession with Sean Moffitt, I think he could provide an interesting commentary/perspective on the Canadian marketing scene. I think we could do with a little less formality all around.
There are only a couple things I'd like to see UnknownMarketer68 kick up the notch on:
- Slightly better lighting; I'm good with the ski mask, but maybe throw a higher wattage bulb in the lamp
- Slightly faster pace; you know that our attention span is shorter than a sunny day in Vancouver. Possible to pick it up? The ones that are no more than 2 minutes are the best.
- More oven mitts! Love them! More of them. THEMED Oven Mitts!
- Consider losing the gum.
- More content like this one: Questions to Ask Online Media. These are great. I like the gossipy stuff - and I appreciate you acknowledging my ongoing rant about the lack of women speaking at conferences, but this is the good stuff. Keep doing these, we'll put you up on One Degree.
So, take a minute and instead of reading LOLcatz this Friday afternoon, check out UnknownMarketer68. What feedback do you have for him? Can we make him Canada's Marketing Media Star?
